Pre-Op (Cracked lateral incisor root)

This patient is a male in his seventies. He has been a patient of mine and my father for over 40 years. He came into my office on an emergency due to the fracture of the root of a lateral incisor and the subsequent loss of the post and crown that was placed about 30 years prior to this visit.
