It took a long time to get to this point, but the end result was well worth it. I was able to reconstruct both arches with fixed restorations and achieve a nice cosmetic result. the patient has had these prostheses for more than three years at this time and is doing very well.
	The maxillary arch is a ceramic restoration and the mandibular arch is acrylic resin.
