Policies for this course

Course Prerequisites:

This course is only open to licensed dentists practicing within the United States. Furthermore, each participant must be able to demonstrate at least 50 hours of continuing education in dental implant restorative techniques. Education training in dental implant surgical technique is encouraged but not essential in order to participate in this course. It is also required that each participant has demonstrated that he or she has incorporated dental implant restorative procedures into their practice for at least two years prior to the course date.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refund:

Maximum participation is limited to 5 persons to allow for adequate instruction. Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis and are only valid upon receipt of a $500.00 deposit. Please notify us if your plans change as soon as possible. If you cancel within 30 days of the course, you will lose your deposit ($500.00)

Davidoff Dental Seminars reserves the right to cancel this presentation at any time prior to the event. In case of cancellation, all participants will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation by Davidoff Dental Seminars, all tuition and fees paid to Davidoff Dental Seminars will be returned to the participants.

Participants are not obligated to stay at the recommended hotel. If you wish to discuss other arrangements for lodging, please contact Dr. Davidoff.
