The periodontist did a magnificant job as far as I was concerned... basically having nothing to start with he regenerated the tissues as much as possible and placed the two implants perfectly. there was still a defect, but at least it was one that I could handle prosthetically. We are looking here at the two solid abutments that I will be restoring.
