More and more
patients travel to see me for very complicated dental implant restorations.
Here is a scenario that was recently completed on one of these patients.

Maxillary Fixed Restoration.
This patient has lost all of the upper teeth except for one cuspid. He
had implants placed previously to replace a few of his teeth and now I
am going to complete the treatment.
Maxillary Crown &
Bridge. This patient lost all of her upper teeth as well. I had originally
made her an Overdenture which she did not like so we converted it to a
crown and bridge restoration. Fortunately, I had placed the implants in
the right place.
This patient had
a reconstruction done many years ago and it was failing. By sequencing
the treatment, I was able to convert her from this failing tooth born
restoration into an all implant born restoration without too much "down
time"...
This patient had
only a few teeth left supporting overdentures. The teeth were failing
and he wanted something more secure and stable. I was able to make him
a fixed lower restoration and an upper overdentures...
