This patient presented with severely discolored teeth. He was missing about half of his upper teeth and had lost support for his occlusion. His bite is collapsed and we cannot see his lower teeth when he closes down. We used conventional prosthodontic treatment here. I cleaned up his mouth and placed processed temporary restorations to start establishing the plane of occlusion and the appearance we wanted to achieve, The patient was cooperative and we were able to make a very significant change in his oral health.
