The patient presented with a failing maxillary reconstruction pictured on the right. The remaining teeth were extracted and an immediate complete upper denture was placed. Four implants were placed in the maxilla and allowed to integrate for six months. A cast gold bar was fitted to the implant abutments and a simple clip bar overdenture was the final restoration.
