The initial restorations failed to provide an adequate cosmetic appearance. The final restoration utilized a longer tooth form with more overjet. The photo to the left is a 6 month post-insertion photo showing the gold copings and the implant abutments. The radiographs show the before and after of the maxillary left posterior region. |
