Working the World Wide Web
Dental Marketing at its Finest...
There is no one who has more experience in marketing a dental practice over the Internet and on the World Wide Web (WWW) than I do. I was one of the first private practitioners to develop a dental web site almost at the time of the inception of the World Wide Web itself and over the years, Today, more than 6,000 people (both dentists & Perspective Patients) visit the Dental Implant Home Page every week. With all of this experience and a great deal of hard work, I have learned all of the secrets of promoting one's private dental practice to the world.
Working the WWW is the most practical and economic way to market your practice. Just think of it, you can reach thousands of people with your message everyday for the cost of a single web site (usually less than $20.00 per month) and you can change or update your message almost instantly. The real beauty here, however, is that we are just in the beginning stages of this technology and believe me, it is only going to get better.
I have listened to all of the so-called "Experts" lecturing on how to market a dental practice. I cringe when they start talking about marketing on the web, because I know it is merely a sales pitch to sell you their web development services. About two thirds of these "practice Management/Marketing experts" have never practiced day to day dentistry. 100% of them have never had a successful dental web site! To tell you the truth, after seeing what is out there, I feel forced into making an effort to share what I have learned with my colleagues and while I would much rather go around and lecture on various facets of clinical dentistry, I have taken the time to put together one of the best (actually it is the best) presentations about dentistry on the web...
