Video of one of my patients discussing implants. This patient was edentulous for many years and was having great difficulty maintaining the lower denture. I placed two implants into his lower jaw and this helped dramatically to improve his oral function.

Here it is folks... This is the best overdenture attachment so far both for implants and natural teeth. I had the pleasure of working with the Zest Anchor company on the design of this one and I am very happy as to the way it turned out. Many thanks to Scott Mullaly from Zest Anchors for his work on this design...

Maxillary Clip-Bar Overdenture. This patient had implants placed in both the upper and lower jaw. The lower jaw used four separate attachments to stabilize and retain the overdenture and the maxillary arch used four implants and a Hader bar for the same purpose. I believe that bars are essential for the upper jaw...

Slant-Lock Overdenture - My answer to Spark Erosion. This is a really neat way to make an overdenture that can be "locked" into place. I wrote the definitive article on this and it was published in The Compendium.

ZAAG Bar Overdenture, This is an excellent bar system that places all of the forces directly over the implants.

ERA - Maxillary Bar Overdenture. A very nice result on a difficult situation where there was not a great amount of usable bone available.
