There are approximately 50 million people in the United States who are missing all of their teeth. Most of these people wear conventional dentures and most of them are unhappy with dentures, especially the lower denture. Lower dentures are usually very loose causing irritation, pain and embarrassment to the patient. Before implants, the only relief was from denture adhesives, a messy, compromising solution at best.
