This patient treatment started out very routine and then over a period of several years turned out very interesting. I was originally restoring the lower posteriors which were pretty badly broken down, but no big deal. As things progressed, we realized that the upper right quadrant would also need to be restored. Note the extent of the maxillary sinus.
