The final restoration, at the time of insertion, has sufficient attached gingiva surrounding it to make oral hygiene safe and effective should the patient care to practice this religion... something which was not really evident at this stage. Wide embrasures are easy to form leaving a fairly normal anatomical appearance to the gingival portion of the restoration. This is a screw retained restoration which provides for easy removal and maintenance.
