About three months after I inserted and loaded the transitional implants, I uncovered and loaded the permanent implants. I used two ZAAG attachments and they seem to work well with the transitional CAP attachments. The transitional implants are still functional and I see no reason to remove them at this point in time so I'm just leaving them as is. The patient is very happy with the result which goes far beyond what she actually bargained for...
