This is a 37 year old male patient who lost his teeth very early in life and presented wearing full dentures. The top Panorex shows how we started treatment. This patient did have excellent bone volume and turned out to be a great candidate for dental implants. You can see some of the denture teeth in this x-ray view.

The bottom x-ray shows the completed restorations. I know that this will look very strange to some of you, but this is a "permanent" type of restoration that I can remove if necessary, but the patient cannot remove. The appearance of this restoration is as if the patient had normal natural teeth in his mouth.
