Conclusions: I construct at least 100 overdentures per year and I am as proficient with Overdenture attachments as anyone can be. Most attachments take a lot of work in terms of adjustments and maintenance and the ability of the patient to manipulate the attachment is a significant factor in the success of the restoration. Every attachment that I have ever used has had some limitations and I am sure that I will find some limitations with this new attachment from Zest Anchors. However, to date, it has proved to be as close to an ideal attachment as I have ever gotten and I look forward to working with it for a long time to come.
